Congrats on developing such a great app. I am usually disappointed with the experience of using “meeting apps” but I thought yours was just great. Very intuitive, and it had everything I would want to know, as well as the wayfinding, Twitter, email, and “friends” option. It’s just brilliant that you have brought all that functionality and content into your app.

We completed our GOED Exchange conference (app name: GOED 2014) earlier this month and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the whole experience with your company. This is our second time doing an event app and the difference between the two experiences was night and day. Your interface was easy to use, instructions were well-defined, we had no real issues with adding or changing content and your system was flexible enough to make the tweaks we needed. Our attendees commented on how great the app was and the whole process just went very, very smoothly.
I also wanted to mention specifically what a great job Karina Zimmerman did for us. She went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly, even making changes on the fly on the weekend once the app was live and attendees were downloading. She was great to work with, did what we needed quickly and always had a great attitude.

Just back from Gold Coast and used the ANZET13 and CSANZ2013 meeting apps the whole time I was there. They worked extremely well and I never once felt that I needed to lug the programme and the abstract book around with me because everything was on my phone.

In February of 2012 , PRIMA signed an agreement with Core-Apps to use their mobile app for our 2012 Annual Conference. Kiki Janssens was our sales manager and Shawn Zordani was assigned as our account manager. I wanted to take the opportunity to express how fortunate we were to be assigned Shawn for our 2012 Annual Conference App.
This was our first time working with Core-Apps and Shawn did everything in his power to make our conference app an easy, pleasant and painless process for us. He was always quick to respond no matter when we emailed or called him with an update or a change to the app and with a two-hour time difference between us! SIR is very pleased with the meeting app we got. We did not provide much time to work with, but we got everything we asked for. We wanted something simple, basic, and functional and with Core-Apps’s help we were able to deliver that to our attendees and we are very pleased with the usage and feedback from our attendees. One of our end of the meeting survey questions asked what their preferred meeting tool was, and the #1 tool was the SIR 2012 Meeting App.
I would say Core-Apps did a great job of being more of a partner than a vendor. Collin and Kiki, have been fantastic to work with.
