As event organizers, it’s your job to create experiences. We all know that when someone has a good experience, they come back for more. From the moment you start marketing your event, you are setting your attendee’s expectations.
When your attendees open the registration page, there is an experience. When they pick up their badge, there is an experience. When they sit in their seat at the Opening Keynote, there is an experience. Every detail is thought out with the attendee experience in mind. You want them coming back for more.
When participants arrive, they are greeted with the pomp and circumstance expected, excitedly looking forward to more!
