In October, our Account Management staff convened in the Mt. Vernon section of Baltimore for an intense week of training and collaboration. As our team is spread across the country, it’s rare that we’re together in one space, and these summits are invaluable for keeping us on the cutting edge.
Items that were discussed included:
- How to best address customers’ needs
- New features coming to our apps
- How Member Direct will interact with our trade show apps
- Focussing on sharing the team’s strengths
